How it compares across the UK market
This is a frame for replacing hardware under an existing top, so mounting compatibility matters more than headline price. Here is how it compares.
| Model | Best for | Typical UK price | Key trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| Maidesite TH2 Plus Art (this offer) | Replacing a frame under an existing top | £242.24 frame only | Requires a matching top pattern |
| Maidesite T2 Pro | A cheaper same-brand frame | £209.99 | Different mounting pattern |
| Domli D2 frame | British-made hardwood pairing | £180 frame only | Frame-only; tops sold separately |
| FlexiSpot E7 | A complete desk kit instead | £350-450 | Higher spend, includes desktop options |
| Desktronic HomePro | Stability with a cable tray included | £300-400 | Fewer colour choices |
If your existing top is the fixed part of the equation, confirm the mounting pattern and thickness against this frame. Where you are free to change both, a complete-desk kit is usually simpler to specify.
Who this suits — and who should look elsewhere
Choose this if you are replacing a frame under an existing top and need a specific mounting pattern that matches.
Look elsewhere if you want a complete desk or a controller with more memory presets — compare the T2 Pro Plus lane first.

Questions before buying
Can I reuse my old desktop with this frame?
Only if the top’s size, thickness and pre-drilled pattern suit this exact frame. A near-match can still be unsafe under load, so verify the specification rather than assuming compatibility.
Can I combine a code with the sale price?
Only where the retailer’s terms allow it and the final order shows the discount. A sale-page link alone does not establish stackability.
What should I do if the order total differs?
Use the retailer’s current order total and ask for clarification before paying. Keep the product and policy details supplied with your order.
